| Why I like Zappa......... |
| Many people like many different bands
for different reasons. Frank Zappa is my favorite artist because
of his wide variety of talents. He not only performs rock and roll,
but he has made many classical compositions, as well as jazz compositions.
He has also made some albums that have a bluesy feel to them.
Zappa was not afraid to express how he felt, and if he pissed someone off, well that was too bad. Many of his songs reflected on the current decade he was in. Others focused on certain groups of people from those decades. I do not think anyone should feel discriminated by Zappa because they can associate themselves to one of his "bashings" in one of his many songs, Zappa made fun of everyone, so you should not feel singled out. :-) Another reason why Frank Zappa is so great, is because anyone can find something that he has created that suits to their tastes...unlike most bands, you can not get tired of Zappa because of the wide variety of music he makes. You can always find something else that he has made that has a whole new feel. Zappa has a long history, and if you would
